The Brain Behind The Behaviour

Challenging behaviour can be hard to understand, and even harder to manage, but we can understand it much better when we re-frame difficult behaviours as an ‘unmet need’ or a sign of a child struggling or in distress.
All behaviour is a form of communication and by understanding more about the brain behind the behaviour, we can support children in healthier ways which work with, and not against, their brain development, and strengthen the skills and knowledge to make better behavioural choices that help everybody!
